About Dr. Jackson

Dr. Stanley M. Jackson was born in Bay City, Texas. He received his education in New Orleans, Louisiana; Honolulu, Hawaii; Tacoma, Washington; and Washington, DC. He received extensive training in cosmetic surgery and completed residencies in two related specialties. He is board certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery. He specializes in full body cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Jackson's first residency was Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery was at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He was then selected to teach other residents prior to beginning a second residency in General Plastic Surgery at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, DC in 1982. Dr. Jackson returned to the Northwest in 1984 to set up his private practice.

Dr. Jackson is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Lipoplasty Society, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and Diplomat of the American Academy of Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery. He is also a member of other state and national societies and associations.

Dr. Jackson is actively involved in volunteer work locally and internationally. He travels at least once a year to another country where he donates his reconstructive skills to children with congenital and acquired deformities such as cleft lip and palate.

He is married and has two grown children. He enjoys snow skiing, hiking, gardening, and painting.
