The data provided by the scalers and weight system are collected in the Mainframe computer at the home office in Tacoma. The Mainframe system provides on-line access to the data by the office staff located in both the Tacoma and Ketchikan offices. All incoming data is identified and stored as "Original Scale" data. For those Customers wishing the Bureau to maintain an inventory for them, the incoming data is also identified by the appropriate inventory number.

Once the data is in the mainframe, the system provides reports and data sharing as specified and requested by each Customer. To review the capabilities of the Mainframe system select from the following:
