Data Sharing
The Bureau
makes all data stored in the mainframe system available to customers who desire their
data. The Bureau will provide the data to the customer on a daily basis or any other
frequency requested. Daily data is extracted and made available for retrieval by 7:30 PM
of the day of scale.
The Bureau offers a "standard"
format for extracted data but also will manipulate the data into any format the customer
desires. The customer can access the data by either retrieving the data from the Bureau
Bulletin Board or the data can be sent to a customers e-mail address as an attachment.
In addition to data sharing, the Bureau can
also provide certificate images for printing at the customers facility by either of the
above mentioned delivery modes.
