Original Scale Reporting
When the scale
data is received, it is stored in a way which allows the system to provide reporting of
all loads received during a customer defined time frame. The reporting of the data
is structured so loads between specific entities are reported separately, i.e. all loads
between customer A and supplier B. The data to be reported is always presented in the form
of a "Certificate" which is an official document from the Bureau declaring the
data to be accurately reported. The Certificate always presents a summary of the data and
is followed by the "detail" in a user defined format and sequence.
In addition to the Certificate, back-up
reports to the Certificate are available which present the information in log-for-log
detail, and/or brand summarization, and/or length and diameter analysis and/or Sort Code
summarization. Each of these reports has a variety of presentation and sequence options
available to the Customer.
All original scale data is retained in the
system for at least 14 months, with the prior 12 months available for access.
